Shipping & Returns


A Flat Shipping Rate of $12.00 per order will apply on products not marked as Free Shipping and is only valid within the continental us. Shipping outside the continental US will be quoted upon receipt of order, or please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or elsewhere.

All of the products offered on our site are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Shipping times vary with each manufacturer and range from 3-10 business days. Custom orders such as our bridal satin products and custom bed sheets ship within 1-2 weeks.

In all fairness, packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged the associated shipping fee when your package is reshipped. In addition, any fees billed to us by UPS for address correction or address change will be charged to you when we receive them. UPS bills $10.00 for correction of each ground package and $10.00 for correction of each air package regardless of how minor the address correction may be.


No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by phone or email. We cannot accept any returns on the basis of color match, or other dissatisfaction with fabric qualities. The made-to-order nature of our products means that all sales are final, except as noted below. To ensure that you are happy with the fabric or fabrics that you have selected, we offer to mail free fabric swatches, and encourage you to take advantage of this service. Please contact us by phone or email to request free fabric swatches before finalizing your order.

Unless expressly stated in the product description or packaging, all of our goods, with the exception of Bridal Satin products, carry a two-month wear-and-tear warranty. Any damage reported more than 30 days from the date of purchase must be assumed to be the result of wear and tear or improper care and we are unable to provide repair or replacement. Due to the extremely delicate nature of the Bridal Satin fabric, products made from Bridal Satin do not come with any wear-and-tear warranty.

We will only accept returns for manufacturing defects or nonconformity with order on these items. No returns can be accepted except in the case of defective merchandise, premature wear-and-tear (within 30 days of purchase) or non-conformity with confirmed order. No replacements can be sent until after defective products are returned to us for examination. Returned merchandise must be CLEAN. Any returned bedding in less than clean condition will not be examined, repaired, replaced, or credited, but will be sent directly back to the customer at their own expense.

Defective merchandise includes, but is not limited to: 1) Badly sized product, 2) Product that has been sewn improperly (stitching coming out, raw edges exposed, etc.), or 3) Product that does not conform to the order (missing options, wrong fabric/style etc.). Defective merchandise does NOT include: 1) Product that shrinks, fades, becomes blotchy, etc. due to improper use or laundering, 2) Product that suffers damage due to wear and tear, or 3) Product that suffers pilling.

If would like to return your purchase, please make sure to follow these instructions:

1. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving the product. You may obtain an RMA by calling our customer service department toll free at 855-336-5536 or by emailing us at Please provide us with your name, order number and a brief explanation of why you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

2. Within 15 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization, ship the item to the address you are provided. Returned bedding products must be in their original, unused condition, and must include all original packaging and inserts. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box and on a packing slip with your name, address, and order number. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number for the shipment (i.e., FedEx, UPS, and USPS). We cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items for return must be received no later than 30 days after the original delivery date to the customer.

3. Once the product is received by Cozytown Linens, please allow 5 business days for inspection and processing of the return and the issuing of the credit. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable. Any credit or refund is applied to the original credit card used for payment. Once we issue a credit, please allow an additional 15-20 business days for your credit card issuer to have the credit appear on your statement.

No credit or refund is due for bulk purchases, special order items or items returned without an RMA or beyond the allowed return period. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

SnugFleece Woolen Products must be shipped directly to the manufacturer. See below for SnugFleece return instructions.

SnugFleece Woolens Returns:

If you are not delighted with your SnugFleece product, you may return it to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us for a Return Authorization before shipping your product back to the manufacturer. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization.

SnugFleece Woolens One Year Manufacturing Warranty:

SnugFleece Woolens offers a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. SnugFleece will repair or replace the item if it fails to give normal wear, under normal use, for one year from date of purchase. SnugFleece reserves the right to determine if the item has been abused or care instructions have not been followed.

Include a note stating the problem, with your name, phone number, and e-mail address. Before warranty service can be rendered, returns must be accompanied by original sewn on vendor law label and dated sales receipt for proof of purchase. This warranty is void when damage is determined to be caused by misuse or abuse, or the care instructions specified on the manufacturer's label have not been followed. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. Manufacturer makes no other warranties that extend beyond those specified above.
